摘要: 研究并开发一种项目风险管理辅助工具,该工具基于软件过程建模,记录风险源属性及其直接影响元素。进行风险影响分析,根据预设的加工过程单元与风险对象的关系,自动估算最终交付物元素或所有其他相关元素受到的风险扩散影响,包括成本、工作量和成功概率。采用多维度可视化方式显示估算结果,以支持用户进行风险管理决策。

Abstract: This paper studies and develops an assistant tool for project risk management, which records risk source properties and the direct effect elements based on the modeling of software process. The tool does analysis of risk effect and uses the relationship between the process units and the risk objects to calculate the risk pervasion effect of final deliverable element or other relevant elements including project cost information, workload information, and success probability. Calculation results are visualized in multi-dimensions to assist the user to make the decision of risk management.
