摘要: 在透光浮雕数字模型的生成过程中,简化的操作容易生成质量较差的模型,而质量较好的模型又需要运用复杂的生成方式。为解决这一矛盾,提出一种基于灰度级压缩的图像增强方法,用户只需要简单设置即可有效提高透光浮雕数字模型的成像效果,并且针对特有的3D打印材料,通过实验确定最佳打印厚度。与现有模型生成方法相比,该方法在最终成型效果和操作的简易程度方面均具有较大的优势,有效解决了模型质量低和生成方式复杂之间的矛盾。

Abstract: During the generation of lithophane digital model,a simple operation would lead to the production of low quality models,while high-quality models require complicated ways of generation.In order to address this conflict,an image enhancement method is put forward based on gray level compression.Users can effectively enhance the imaging effects of lithophane digital models by making a simple configuration.In addition,the optimal print thickness for special 3D printing material is determined through experiments.In contrast with existing model generation methods,the proposed method has more advantages in the final modeling effects and the simplicity of operation,which can effectively solve the conflict between low quality and complicated ways of generation.
