基于聚类分析和决策树的堆垛方法优化

摘要: 准时生产模式下的大型钢铁卷材仓储方法是一个多目标综合优化问题,依靠人工经验的传统方法已不能满足生产需要。由此提出根据生产计划和安全在库系数计算货品在库量的方法,设计聚类分析算法用于货架配置,构造决策树方法解决多目标综合优化问题。实验结果证明,该方法能够提高出库效率和仓储空间利用率,满足安全生产、优质高效、减少浪费的要求。

Abstract: In Just in Time(JIT) production model, large coils storage study is to resolve a multi-objective optimization problem, and traditional manual methods do not work. A storehouse goods amount calculation method is designed based on production plan and safe stock coefficient. And a cluster analysis algorithm is given for allocation of shelves. A decision tree is structured to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. These methods pass the test of practice, raise the warehouse efficiency and the utilization rate of storehouse, and meet the enterprise requirements, such as safety production, good quality and high efficiency and reduced waste.
