整车电磁仿真逆向建模技术研究

Research on Reverse Modeling Technology for Vehicle Electromagnetic Simulation

摘要: 提出一种整车电磁仿真逆向建模技术,以样车实车作为数据来源,借助图像处理软件和几何建模软件,通过样车照片特征提取和结构尺寸实际测量,重建出整车车身的三维数字模型,并将其处理为电磁仿真模型。利用车载FM与GPS天线仿真案例对逆向模型与利用原车整车数据构造的正向模型进行仿真结果对比,发现同一天线在逆向和正向整车模型上得到的增益方向图、主瓣宽度、零陷角度吻合均较好,证明逆向建模得到的整车模型可用于车辆的相关电磁性能仿真分析。该逆向建模技术在很大程度上减轻了电磁兼容性能设计工作对整车原始数据的依赖。

Abstract: A reverse modeling technology is discussed with the help of image processing software and geometrical modeling software. Photos of the car prototype and measured data of important parts on the car body is processed to two-dimensional views and body structure size, and the three-dimensional digital model of the car body is reconstructed based on this information. Simulation results of automobile FM and GPS antenna gain patterns on the reverse model and a forward model based on original car data shows very good consistency, which verifies that the reverse model can be used as a very good substitute when original car data is unavailable. The reverse modeling method and technology discussed solve the problem of data platform source for most performance analysis tasks lack of original car data.
