摘要: 针对目前油脂色泽检测方法存在主观误差大等问题,采用嵌入式图像处理的方法,设计以ARM处理器为核心、结合复杂可编程逻辑器件与图像传感器的油脂色泽在线检测系统,提出一种采用遗传算法与LM优化的BP神经网络(GA-LMBP)算法,给出系统的硬件实现和软件流程。实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的准确性和稳定性,能避免主观误差、降低成本,可应用于油脂色泽检测领域。

Abstract: To solve the problem of the present methods of oil color detection, the embedded on-line oil color detection system based on image processing with the ARM processor as the core, and combining with the Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD) and image sensors is designed. BP neural network optimized by genetic and LM(GA-LMBP) algorithm is put forward, hardware design and software process of the system are introduced. Experimental result shows that the system has high accuracy and stability, can effectively avoid subjective error, reduce costs and improve portability, and can be widely used in the field of oil color detection.
