摘要: 信号自动化测试系统中的关键技术是信号路由,但已有的信号路由技术一般只能在单一引脚对之间建立信号传播路径,不能满足多个激励信号同时路由的情况。为此,提出一种满足一定条件的自动测试系统多路信号路由算法。将自动测试系统的硬件环境抽象为流网络,在此基础上通过求解最大流构造多路信号的传播路径。定义开关矩阵“传播阻力”的概念,并通过最小费用最大流算法优化信号传播路径,提高信号传播质量。实验结果表明,该算法能够为多路信号自动生成路由策略。

Abstract: Signal routing is a key technology of signal-oriented autotest system.The existing signal routing technology generally only can establish a signal propagation path between a single pair of pins and can not satisfy the condition that multiple excitation signals are routed at the same time.therefore,this paper discuss the multipath signal routing algorithm of automatic test system satisfying certain conditions.The hardware environment of automatic test system is abstracted as flow network,on the basis of this,which the propagation path of multi path signal is constructed by solving the maximum flow.To improve the quality of signal propagation,the concept of “propagation resistance” of the switch matrix is defined and the signal propagation path is optimized by the minimum cost maximum flow algorithm.Experimental results show that the algorithm can automatically generate routing strategies for multiple signals.
