Abstract:
Comparing the nr database with the IPI database by using NCBI blastp program to align human protein sequences, this paper provides an evidence of necessity of integrating the nr database in the protein annotation system. Then it localizes the nr database, provides its statistical information and local service, gets the annotation information source ready for the protein annotation system

摘要： 通过用NCBI 的blastp 程序对nr 数据库与IPI 数据库中属于人类的蛋白质序列进行比较，论证了nr 数据库整合到蛋白质注释系统中的必要性。并在此基础上，设计方案实现了nr 数据库的本地化，对nr 数据库的记录进行了统计分析，提供了数据库的内部访问，为蛋白质注释系统整合nr 数据库做好了第一步工作。
