摘要： 以报道互联网上突发事件的新闻为研究背景，以个性化服务中的关键技术之一用户模型的表示方法为目标，运用面向对象的技术对用户模型的表示进行了尝试性探索。实验结果表明，这种探索有一定的实际作用。
