ERP 软件质量模糊综合评价方法

Abstract: In order to provide a kind of ERP software quality evaluation method for ERP software vendors and target enterprises, an ERP software quality evaluation model is established based on the Walters & McCall three-tier software quality metrics model. The ERP software quality evaluation which steps with fuzzy theoretics is described in detail. An evaluation algorithm of calculating the fuzzy affiliations of quality characteristics hierarchically is provided. At last, an example demonstrating the quality evaluation method is given by selecting a typical ERP software to validate the feasibility of this method.

摘要: 为给ERP 软件供应商和应用ERP 软件的企业提供一种定量的ERP 软件质量评价方法,基于Walters 和McCall 3 层软件质量度量模型,建立了适用于ERP 软件的质量评价模型。研究了运用模糊理论对ERP 软件质量进行评价的方法,通过模糊运算获得了ERP 软件质量的评价结果。通过一个典型ERP 软件实例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
