Abstract: A simulation framework named ASB (agent-based simulation for biochemical networks) and its Java-based implementation are presented. Based on the ASB framework, an experiment for bacterial chemotaxis networks is designed, and the result of experiment shows that ASB framework has good features and abroad application prospects in biochemical networks simulations.

摘要: 介绍了基于多agent 技术、针对于生化网络的仿真框架,在分析Java 相关技术特性的基础上,给出了框架的Java 实现,并针对细菌趋药性网络进行了仿真实验,结果表明基于多agent 的仿真平台具有良好的特性,在生化网络仿真中具有广泛的应用前景。
