Abstract:
This paper analyzes the process of building a Web GIS on the J2EE platform and implements a Web GIS system (DC-GIS) by Guangdong disease control center. The paper also demonstrates how to build a map service library with middleware MapXtreme Java for the DC-GIS. This library could be easily reused and extended for future GIS systems, especially in the field of disease data visualization

摘要： 通过一个已完成的广东疾控中心的Web GIS 系统(DC-GIS)，介绍了如何构建基于J2EE 平台的Web GIS，并在中间件MapXtremeJava 基础上建立了一个扩展性和重用性好的地图服务处理的基础软件类包，从而实现了疾病领域的疾病数据可视化处理。
