Abstract:
This paper analyzes the definition, content, process and requirement of enterprise knowledge management, then concludes that the share of knowledge and information of different enterprises and different areas is the sticking point of today’s knowledge management. New IT technologies should be adapted for the requirement of enterprise knowledge management. With the Web services’ mature, it makes knowledge management for global distribution enterprise become possible and convenient. A Web service based framework model for knowledge management system is given in this paper. And a case is presents to illustrate the application of the proposed model.

摘要: 在分析企业知识管理的定义、内容、过程及需求的基础上得出当今知识管理的关键点在于不同企业、不同地区的知识及信息的共享,并且提出了基于Web service的松散耦合的企业知识管理框架,为企业信息化的发展提供了完善的应用集成解决方案。
