Abstract:
This paper proposes and realizes an automatic monitoring and control system based on virtual instrument software development platform LabVIEW. It solves some problems existing in the production process of concrete activator. In order to avoid blocking, reduce running time, carry out parallel tasks at the same time and improve systematic performance reliably, software development adopts the module design philosophy of the multi-level, multithreading, and sets up voice prompt, fault alarm to isolate and protect, automatic/manual control function. As a result, it has shorten systematic development period and improved systematic dependability.

摘要: 针对中小型混凝土外加剂生产过程中存在的弊端,提出并实现了一种基于虚拟仪器软件开发平台LabVIEW的计算机自动监控系统。为了避免阻塞,减少运行时间,可靠地执行并行性任务和提高系统性能,软件开发采用多层次、多线程的模块化设计思想,并设置语音提示、故障报警隔离保护、自动/手动控制功能,缩短了系统开发周期,提高了系统的可靠性。
