Overload Control Architecture Based on Policy Control in NGN

Abstract: With defining the overload control under the given situation, this paper analyzes the requirements for NGN overload control, and enhances the overload control architecture proposed in an ETSI TISPAN draft by adding SLA-based policy component.It facilities the development, deployment and management of services and makes services development quick, economical and effective in NGN. Four deployments about NGN overload control component are discussed, and the control procedure is given, as well as the information flow.

摘要: 给出特定条件下过载控制的含义,分析了下一代网络(NGN)过载控制的需求,在ETSI TISPAN组织提出的NGN过载控制体系结构的基础上增加了策略组件,方便业务的开发、部署和管理,实现了在NGN中快速、经济、有效地开发业务,给出NGN过载控制组件的4种部署方案,分析这些组件协作完成过载控制的过程和相关信息流。
