Abstract: This paper introduces an XML data exchange technology based on DOM processing model, and analyzes the relationship between XML document nodes and structured data. It uses plane file in plan system to save XML data files, makes use of VBA and macro which Office itself has at the same time. It presents a way of data restore and data exchange that is suitable with for unprofessional software makers developers to complete the redevelopment of Office. The method achieves automatically filling limited items of table, modification and checking, and it is applied to the production of the requisition in the scientific research project.

摘要： 介绍基于DOM处理模式下的XML数据交换技术，分析XML文档树节点与结构化数据之间的联系，通过使用平面系统的平面文件来保存XML数据文件，同时利用Office的VBA和宏技术，提出适合非专业软件开发人员进行Office二次开发的XML数据存储和数据交换方法。该方法可用于实现表格的自动限项填写、修改和检查功能，已较好地应用于科研项目申报表的制作中。
