Abstract:
According to the timevarying and nonlinear characteristic of batching control system, a fuzzy PI controller based on analytical structure is designed in the paper. With the definition of a fuzzy controller with difference space membership and sumproduct inference, the analytical structure of fuzzy controller is derived to adjust the parameters of PI controller according to the error and changeinerror of the flow rate. The analytical expression is used to program and realize the simulation of disk batching system. Simulation results show the fuzzy PI controller is efficient and practical.

摘要: 针对圆盘配料过程时变、非线性的特性,设计一种基于解析结构的模糊PI控制器。将料流量偏差和偏差变化率作为输入,采用等差间距的隶属度函数和sum-product推理方法,根据模糊控制规则得到PI参数调整的解析表达式。利用该解析表达式,对圆盘配料控制系统进行仿真,仿真结果验证了该控制器的有效性和实用性。
