Abstract:
Dynamometer of drive experimental platform features high real-time performance. A new type of dynamometer monitoring and control system for drive experiment platform is presented, which is based on a dual-network of Ethernet and Profibus-DP. A torque control model is proposed to meet the requirement of the dynamometer. Under programming environment of Delphi and SQL Server, the monitoring and control software is developed with technologies of Object Linking and Embedding(OLE) for Process Control(OPC) communication, multi-thread and ActiveX Data Objects(ADO). Experimental results show that, this monitoring and control system can run steadily, control torque accurately.

摘要: 为实现传动实验平台电力测功机的实时监控,提出基于以太网和Profibus-DP现场总线的双层网络监控系统。设计测功机的转矩控制模型,在Delphi和SQL Server编程环境下,引入可控制过程的对象连接与嵌入方式实现数据通信、多线程和ActiveX数据对象等技术,以完成监控软件的开发。实验结果表明,该监控系统工作稳定,能够精确控制转矩。
