Abstract: Aiming at the problem that fuzzy rule language f-SW-if-then-unless-RL cannot interchange rules with languages in f-RIF interchange framework, a mapping between f-SW-if-then-unless-RL and f-RIF is constructed. A prototype system named Rule Interchange System(RIS) is designed and implemented to deal with f-SW-if-then-unless-RL rules and to interchange fuzzy rules between these two languages. The implemented prototype system is an important part of the f-RIF interchange framework.

摘要： 针对模糊规则语言f-SW-if-then-unless-RL不能与f-RIF框架中的模糊规则语言互换规则的问题，构建f-SW-if-then-unless-RL和 f-RIF之间的规则映射，设计并实现一个能够自动处理f-SW-if-then-unless-RL规则和在这2种语言间互换模糊规则的原型系统，命名为规则交换系统。实现的原型系统成为f-RIF互换框架的重要组成部分。
