Abstract: In order to make the image out glow effects and projection effects and meet the demand of the high quality and artistic visualization,this paper presents the arithmetic of producing image out glow effects and projection effects based on the method of image dilation or mean filter.The results which can compare beauty with Photoshop are proved by common instance. It is also succeeded in the application to the commercial character generator software.

摘要： 针对计算机图像外发光和投影处理的高质量视觉艺术要求，该文提出了把膨胀法和均值滤波法分别应用于处理图像外发光和投影效果的两种算法，通过一般性的实例和应用，证实了这两种算法都完全达到了与Photoshop 对应处理效果相媲美的结果。并已实现在自主开发的商业字幕机软件里的成功应用。
