Abstract:
The thesis designs a very good statistical method about human resource, and how to distinguish the different capability of the different people. It also sets up a distribution model of human resource. Finally, it gets an instance analysis to prove the validity, practicability of the model.

摘要: 结合CMMI 的特点设计了一种比较实用的人力资源统计方法,提出了能力区分的概念。在此基础上建立了CMMI 实施过程的人力资源配置模型,对模型的求解过程进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。最后进行了实例分析,证明了模型的有效性、实用性。
