Abstract:
A conceptual model of decision-oriented knowledge management system (DOKMS) is studied and the structure of DOKMS is divided into two aspects, the construction and the operation of knowledge-base (KB). In respect of construction of KB, the unification of meta-knowledge is studied and a redundancy unification scheme of meta-knowledge is proposed. In respect of operation of KB, the learning models of query engine and user’s preference are set up to support relation query and knowledge push. On these basis, the data structure of KB is designed and then the development component of DOKMS is designed and developed by object-oriented approach.

摘要: 研究了面向决策的知识管理系统(DOKMS)的概念模型,指出DOKMS 包括知识库的构建与知识库的操作两个部分。在知识库构建方面,研究了元知识的标准化问题,提出了一个有冗余的元知识标准化方案;而在知识库操作方面,建立了查询引擎学习模型与用户偏好学习模型,以实现知识库的联想查询与知识推送,在该基础上,设计了知识库的数据结构,并运用面向对象方法设计开发出了DOKMS开发组件。
