Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of real-time data detection and the variety of control signals the signal diversification of industrial equipment, this paper designs a wireless measurement and control terminal based on Advanced RISC Machine(ARM) and image simulation. It simplifies hardware structure by using piece inside and outside resources of ARM chip, achieves a custom communication protocol by transplanting μC/OS-Ⅱ and UCGUI. It uses the method of image simulation for the running equipment to run with the state of virtual construction and dynamic display. Application results show that the wireless terminal can strengthen the ability of data collection and the capacity of industrial analysis and process, and improve the efficiency of the monitoring staff.

摘要: 针对工业设备的实时数据检测及控制信号多样化问题,设计一个基于ARM与图像仿真的无线测控终端。利用ARM芯片的片内片外资源简化系统硬件结构,通过移植μC/OS-Ⅱ和UCGUI实现自定义通信协议,采用图像仿真方法对运行设备进行同态虚拟构建及动态显示。应用结果表明,该终端可加强工业数据采集及分析处理的能力,提高系统人员的工作效率。
