Abstract: In view of the time uncertainty of Operation and Maintenance(O&M) strategies for offshore wind farm and the lack of match description of net planning method, a new method for operation and maintenance strategies based on fuzzy Petri net is proposed. The uncertainty is represented as fuzzy-timing function and the computation of critical path is transformed into a problem of finding the solution by solving state equation based on Fuzzy-Timing Petri Net(FTPN). The possibility of O&M project completion is also discussed in the time restriction. The results show that FTPN can not only express the O&M project properly, but also give a formal representation and effective analysis.

摘要: 针对海上风电场运行维护任务作业时间的不确定性及传统网络规划方法缺乏数学表达能力等问题,利用模糊Petri网对海上风电场运行维护策略进行研究。用模糊时间函数表示维护任务执行时间的不确定性,给出模糊时间Petri建模方法和模糊关键路径计算方法,在此基础上结合实例计算某故障发生后维护任务在约束条件下按时完工的可能性。结果表明,该方法可以正确、直观地表达运行维护任务,并能对其进行形式化描述和有效分析。
