Q: For the to-be-revised manuscript, should I use the “show mark-up” mode or just list the modifications on the first page?
A: Do not use the “show mark-up” mode for any modifications, as this causes significant inconvenience to the editors. If you have any notes or comments, include them on the first or last page of the manuscript—not in an attachment (attachments may fail to open). Reference citations must be manually entered. Do not use cross-referencing or field codes, otherwise any formatting changes could corrupt all citations.
