Q: Do you require the approval notices of all funding sources? What if I can't get them right away?
A: Only the following funding sources are required: National Natural Science Foundation of China, National 11th Five-Year Plan, 863 Plan and 973 Plan. If you have approval notices of any of the above programs, please send the stamped sections of the approval notices and the sections with grant numbers to the editorial office of Computer Engineering. Submission of these documents must be made via mail or fax, clearly indicating the manuscript ID and author name(s). Electronic copies of approval notices (if there is any) may be sent to ecice06@ecice06.com. While special circumstances preventing document submission will be accommodated, the editorial office assumes no responsibility for any publication issues arising from incomplete documentation.
