Q: I have some questions about invoices for reviewing fees and publication fees.
A: Upon receipt of your reviewing fee or publication fee, we will mail the invoice via registered post within 2 weeks. Invoices are routinely dispatched to the remittance address specified on your payment form. If you have specific requirements, please notify us by email in advance. If you haven’t received the invoice within one 1 month of payment, contact us by email, and we will provide the reference number of the registered mail for you to trace it at your local post office.
