Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What should I pay attention to regarding institutional affiliations and author bios?

A: Please provide the secondary institutional unit (i.e., specific school, college, or department), province, city, and postal code. The first author’s research focuses must be specific, avoiding the use of broad terms. For example, replace "computer application technology" or "computer networks" with specific applications and the type/scope of networks. At least one research focus must be related to the submitted manuscript. "doctoral supervisor " (博导) and "academician" (院士) are not considered professional titles, but may be retained in author information. Current students must be listed as “Master's Candidate” (硕士研究生) or “Ph.D. Candidate" (博士研究生)”, and graduated students should simply listed as “master/doctor”.
