基于局部均值的绝缘子图像分割算法设计

摘要: 为对绝缘子运行状态进行检测,提出一种将单一像素点属性判断和局部均值法相结合的二值化算法。利用各像素点灰度值的局部均值作为参考阈值对原灰度图进行第1次分割,初步划分目标点和背景点,得到绝缘子大致的边缘轮廓。通过各像素点的局部特征,即区域像素值的波动幅度、区域的整体亮度判断其属性,以此为标准对第1次分割后的图像进行二次处理,得到更精确的二值图像。实验结果表明,与OTSU,Wellner等算法相比,该算法能对灰度非均匀的绝缘子图像进行准确分割,具有较快的运算速度和较好的鲁棒性。

Abstract: In order to monitor the operating condition of insulators,an improved binarization method is proposed to make segmentation of the insulator image.Local mean of each pixel is applied as a reference threshold to make the first segmentation,and the initial object points,background points and the approximate edge contour are gotten.For each pixel,the algorithm judges its quality through its local properties,and does the second segmentation to get the better result.Experimental results show that compared with the OTSU algorithm and Wellner algorithm,the proposed algorithm can segment insulator images with intensity inhomogeneity correctly,and is more efficient and robust.
